Question:  How do I place an order?

Answer:  For your convenience, we have three ways for you to place an order:

1)    Online:  You can click on the “add to cart” button for the item you wish to purchase.  From here, you will be given the option to either proceed directly to the checkout or to continue shopping.  When you have added all of the items that you wish to purchase, simply follow the prompts in the check-out process to complete your order.

2)    By Fax:  If you prefer to submit your order by fax, you can print an order form and complete the relevant information.  Please fax the document to Inch by Inch Kids Order Fulfillment at (612) 656-1212.  We will contact you with a confirmation that the order was received and to notify you of the estimated shipping date.

3)    By Telephone:  You can call our toll-free number, 1-800-691-IBIK (1-800-691-4245) and place your order by telephone.  Please be prepared to provide the item name and code, and have your credit card information available. 

Q:   How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A:  It depends upon the product that you purchase and the method of shipping that you choose.  Each item description includes the availability the product.  This time will be added to the shipping time to arrive at the total amount of time it will take for your order to arrive.  For example, if you purchase a product that is typically available in 3 – 4 days, and you opted for standard shipping (7 – 9 days), your product will arrive in 10 to 13 days.  We will send a confirmation note to you when your item is shipped, providing details about the expected delivery date of your package. 

Q:  Is it safe to submit my credit card information online?

A:  Absolutely.  We use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to ensure that every transmission of data in our check-out process is encrypted before any transmission.   SSL is the highest standard in Internet encryption technology.  Essentially, it ensures that any confidential data (including your credit card number) is scrambled as it travels from your computer to our website's servers.  You can tell that web page you are viewing is secure by looking at the address.  In a secure site, the address includes an “s” for “security.  For example, the address begins with "https"  rather than "http"  You will notice that it also takes a bit longer for the page to load for viewing.
