Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail
1. Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the relevant portion of the return form and note the reason why.
2. Indicate if you would like a credit to your credit card or if you prefer to exchange your item. If you'd like an exchange, please let us know what you want by filling in the appropriate section of the return form.
3. If applicable, confirm the name and address where we should send the exchange.
4. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the return form.

Shipping Charge Refunds
Return shipping charges will only be refunded in the following cases:
Inch by Inch Kids sent the incorrect item
The item was damaged or defective
The shipping charges were the result of Inch by Inch Kids error
Credit Card Refunds
We will credit any returns only to credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
