Official Contest Rules:

I. HOW TO ENTER.  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Enter by including your full name, address, and e-mail address, and send to contest@inchbyinchkids.com.  Entries may also be sent by mail to September Drawing,  Inch by Inch Kids, 2119 Sheridan Hills Road, Wayzata, MN  55391.  Entries must be mailed separately and received by Inch by Inch Kids no later September 30^th, 2005. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD. Partially completed or illegible entries will not be accepted. Inch by Inch Kids is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, illegible, stolen, postage-due, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

II. ELIGIBILITY Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding the state of Arizona and Puerto Rico. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

III. PRIZES One grand prize winner will win their choice of the following two prizes:  (1) BRIO Country Crossing train set, milk wagon and fuel wagon OR (2) A Ryan’s Room Home Again, Home Again dollhouse.  Approximate retail value (APR) of each gift package is: $100.00.  Shipping and handling expenses are included. Use of the product is at the risk of winner and winner's parent/legal guardian, and Inch by Inch Kids, Inc. does not assume any liability. If for any reason prizes are not available or cannot be fulfilled, Inch by Inch Kids reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, including, but not limited to, cash equivalent. Taxes, if any, are the winners' sole responsibility. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be assigned. No prize or cash substitutes allowed, except at the discretion of Inch by Inch Kids, Inc. as set forth above.

IV. WINNERS Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received. All prizes will be awarded as stated above. The winner will be chosen on or about October 1st, 2005, drawn from all eligible entries received within the entry deadline by Inch by Inch Kids. The winner will be notified by e-mail and will be required to responds with his or her choice of prize within 30 days (by October 31, 2005).  A noncompliance within that time period or the return of any notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. In the event of any other noncompliance with rules and conditions, prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.

V. RESERVATIONS By participating, winner (and winner's parent/legal guardian) agrees that Inch by Inch Kids, and its parent companies, assigns, subsidiaries, or affiliates, and advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies, and suppliers will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by winner (and winner's parent/legal guardian) for any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to person, including death, and property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize, or participation in this Contest. By entering the Contest, the winner consents to the use of the winner's name for publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of Inch by Inch Kids with no additional compensation or further permission (except where prohibited by law).  For the names of the winner, available after October 31st, 2005, please log on to the Inch by Inch Kids website.

VI.
